The nights may be drawing in, the weather turning windy, but here at Chocolate Fayre, we love Halloween and Autumn (Not least of all because there is less danger of chocolate melting in the sunshine!). This is a season when imaginations run wild in the world of chocolate, with chocolate flavours and shapes created to reflect the season. While at home we get cosy in front of fires with our thick socks and soft blankets; indulge in comfort food and get out those family favourite recipes; go for walks on crisp, clear days to find brambles, elderberries, sloes and conkers; appreciate magnificent sunrises and sunsets displaying every shade from pale yellows, through fiery oranges and reds, and deep purples; and we begin to prepare for hibernation and winter.
